PROJECT OVERVIEW

WP in cooperation with K2 Urban Corp. provided master planning services for the commercial village center of Evening Rose, a walkable community in Tallahassee, Florida. The design incorporates retail and commercial offices with affordable residential units and existing mature vegetation. WP also completed the design of the residential amenities including the central park, village green, community entrance and pond landscaping.
